[Group] IT Apprentice

Assist the IT team with user support and service desk activities, contributing to the resolution of low-complexity requests and incidents while developing practical knowledge and skills in IT and Service Desk operations.

Requirements

• Age between 14 and 24 years (in accordance with the regulations of the Apprentice Program).
• High school diploma or currently enrolled.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee IT support and service requests;
• Support the opening, registration, and tracking of support tickets;
• Assist in identifying and resolving basic hardware, software, system, and peripheral issues;
• Support the installation, configuration, and updating of software and equipment;
• Assist with the creation, modification, and maintenance of user access, under the guidance of the IT team;
• Assist users with basic questions regarding IT resources and tools;
• Escalate more complex tickets to the appropriate team members;
• Support the team with other Service Desk activities and routines.
