Your Responsibilities

You'll be the marketing lead for your region (UK, Ireland and BeNeLux), reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing. You decide where the money goes, you run the campaigns, and you're measured on the pipeline you create.

• Build the plan. Set your region's marketing strategy with your commercial lead: targets, channels, budget and calendar. Then change it when the market does.

• Fill the pipeline. Run full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, email, events and partners. Take global campaigns and make them work in your markets. Hand Sales leads they actually want to call.

• Spend like it's your own money. You get full control of your budget. Track what works, cut what doesn't, and show the return on every euro.

• Turn partners into growth. Build co-marketing with partners and associations that brings in real leads, not just logos on a slide.

• Create content hoteliers trust. Write thought leadership, guides and stories that build credibility in your markets, and work with our web team to get found in search and AI tools.

• Be the voice in the room. Represent marketing inside your regional sales, customer and partner teams. Bring what you hear in the market back to the business, and be the face of our brand at events, in the press and online.

• Work smarter with AI. Use AI for research, analysis, testing, content and automation, so you move faster and your work gets better.

• Enable the regional marketing team. Turn your best campaigns into playbooks others run, and coach fellow regional marketers.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in regional or field marketing roles with ownership of pipeline targets, not just activity.

• Experience building multi-market go-to-market plans across demand generation, paid, partnerships, content, events, and ABM.

• Strong background in marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, and campaign optimization. Able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

• Hands-on experience managing a marketing budget and articulating ROI in commercial terms: sourced and influenced pipeline, CAC, payback.

• Close collaboration with Sales and SDRs, defining MQL criteria and building handover processes that convert.

• Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing work, with practical examples to share.

• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across regions and with senior stakeholders, ideally in a matrixed or global company.

• Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, complex environment with a high level of ownership. Strategic thinking paired with a willingness to constantly test and learn.

• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

• Fluent in English (C2 proficiency).

Nice to have

• Hands-on HubSpot experience: building segments, workflows, lists and campaign attribution reports

• Experience in hotel tech, travel tech or SaaS.

• Extra languages such as Dutch or Spanish.
