Rootcode is looking for a marketing leader to drive our global marketing function. You'll shape how we show up in the market, from brand positioning and demand generation to product launches and employer branding. This includes marketing Rootcode's services and Skapp, our business management platform. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll collaborate across the company to position Rootcode globally, reaching audiences across Europe, North America, and Asia.
What You'll Own:
Strategy & Brand
Define and execute marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, content, and product marketing. Ensure every external touchpoint, from pitch decks to social posts, is consistently on-brand and high quality.
Campaigns & Performance
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and email. Own reporting, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement. Support sales and product teams with lead generation and performance-driven initiatives.
Digital Presence
Own the roadmap for all Rootcode and product websites. Drive improvements in traffic, conversion, and user experience. Manage social media presence, content calendars, and online reputation.
Content & Events
Run the editorial engine: blogs, videos, thought leadership, and visual assets. Lead strategy and execution for field events, community engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in marketing with at least 1 year leading a team. You've run full-funnel campaigns and know what good looks like.
- Strong digital marketing expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and content marketing. Comfortable with analytics platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, present to leadership, and translate strategy into clear action.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments. Can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Creative and detail-oriented. You care about brand consistency and notice the small things that make work exceptional.
