We are currently seeking passionate, dynamic and guest-focused Front Office professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and providing practical solutions to our guests.
As a Driver, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting hotel guests upon arrival and departure, as well as carrying out transportation duties to ensure a smooth and comfortable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them during departure.
Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the hotel lobby.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel, its facilities and services to respond effectively to guest enquiries.
Ensure proper shift handovers by obtaining relevant information from the previous shift.
Report all guest complaints or concerns promptly to the Manager on Duty.
Carry out transportation duties using the hotel car or bus as required.
Ensure the safe handling and proper control of guests' car keys.
Coordinate with the Shift Leader to ensure an effective handover to the night shift.
Build and maintain positive guest relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of parking areas and the key cabinet.
Ensure smooth, timely and efficient airport crew transportation operations.
Adhere to hotel safety standards, traffic regulations and company transportation policies at all times.
Requirements
Education, Qualifications & Experience
Ideally, vocational training or a relevant qualification in hospitality.
Previous experience in Front Office operations or hotel transportation services is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Must hold a valid UAE Heavy Vehicle driving licence.
Good knowledge of UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
