Position Overview

Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is looking to recruit a motivated and energetic person for the position of Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor. The successful candidate will take charge of the finished goods store at the company's facility in Awka, Anambra State.

This role centres on supervising the loading of goods into trucks, coordinating laborers, preparing waybills, and keeping inventory records up to date so that outbound logistics runs efficiently and accurately.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading of goods onto trucks, checking accuracy and ensuring delivery schedules are met.
• Coordinate and oversee laborers carrying out loading and unloading tasks.
• Prepare and issue waybills for shipments leaving the facility.
• Achieve all daily loading targets, which serve as the primary performance indicator for the role.
• Keep precise inventory records for finished goods.
• Carry out routine inventory audits and reconcile physical stock counts against system records.
• Make sure safety standards and procedures are followed during all loading and unloading operations.
• Handle and settle any problems or discrepancies connected to outbound shipments.
• Work alongside other departments to keep outbound logistics operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Create plans for tracking storage utilisation levels.
• Log and track stock levels on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least an HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience of 2 years or more in logistics, warehousing, or a comparable position.
• Well-developed organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in using inventory management and logistics systems.
