In this role, you will work closely with the Operations team on various legal matters, including corporate, tax, and regulatory issues. Missions
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des opérations pour gérer les questions juridiques liées aux véhicules de co-investissement.
- Assurer une veille juridique continue pour identifier les opportunités d'innovation juridique et améliorer les processus juridiques.
- Gérer, interagir et coordonner avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau, y compris des partenaires en capital-risque européens.
Profil recherché
* You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a European university and have **up to 2 years of experience** (law firm or in-house).* Your specialisation does not matter, but your willingness to deep dive into areas beyond your field of expertise is crucial for your success at Roundtable. An affinity with (or a strong desire to learn about) tax law is a plus!
* You are fluent in English and French.
* You are **rigorous, proactive and solution-oriented**, with strong legal research skills and a high level of integrity.
* You have a strong interest in the business and enjoy working closely with non-legal teams.
