Join Roundtable as our first internal accountant, where you'll build and own our in-house SPV accounting function. This role combines strong accounting fundamentals with a builder mindset, as you'll run reliable accounting operations today while designing systems that can support thousands of entities tomorrow. You'll work closely with Operations, Product, and Engineering to rethink workflows, automate repetitive work, and build accounting operations that scale.
Missions
- Gérer la comptabilité quotidienne des SPV, y compris la tenue de livres, les rapprochements, les clôtures et les comptes annuels.

Profil recherché
* **Background:** Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or another analytical field.* **Experience:** 4+ years in accounting or audit, with exposure to SPVs, Private Equity, Asset Management, or similarly complex financial structures.
* **Accounting expertise:** Strong understanding of LuxGAAP or French GAAP; knowledge of other GAAP frameworks is a plus.
* **Systems mindset:** You naturally look for ways to structure, simplify and scale processes rather than adding manual work.
* **Automation-first:** You are comfortable with technology, AI and automation tools, and eager to use them to rethink how accounting operates.
* **Ownership:** Rigorous and autonomous, you’re comfortable owning critical accounting operations while building processes from scratch.
* **Languages:** Fluent in French and English; any additional European language is a plus.
* **Tools & automation:** Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo and/or accounting automation tools is a plus.
