Requirements

Role Responsibilities

• Perform auto painting tasks using spray painting equipment and related tools.

• Assess the extent of vehicle paintwork, restoration, or customization requests.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for painting and refinishing work.

• Provide regular updates to customers regarding job progress.

• Restore vehicles to original condition by repairing scratches, preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing panels.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: S.S.C. / Trade Certificate / Vocational Training.

• Certification or equivalent vocational training as an Auto Painter preferred.

• Previous experience in auto painting is mandatory.

• Skilled in spray painting techniques and surface preparation.

• Ability to operate painting equipment and related tools safely.

• Knowledge of automotive industry safety standards and regulations.

• Physically fit to handle painting equipment and work environments.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
