RSM is seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to join our Forensic Investigations & Compliance practice with a primary focus on serving clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. In this role, you will help organizations manage regulatory, compliance, and operational risks by supporting and leading engagements involving corporate investigations, compliance monitoring, risk assessments, internal controls evaluations, business process reviews, third-party risk assessments, dispute advisory services, and data-driven forensic analyses.

This position offers the opportunity to work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and other highly regulated organizations while partnering with experienced professionals on complex and impactful client engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and collaborate with legal counsel, compliance professionals, internal audit teams, and executive stakeholders to identify risks, strengthen controls, and drive practical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support forensic, compliance, risk advisory, and internal controls engagements for clients in highly regulated industries.
  • Analyze complex financial, operational, and transactional data to identify risks, trends, and potential compliance concerns.
  • Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and evaluate compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Perform business process reviews and identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct compliance testing, anti-corruption reviews, third-party risk assessments, and regulatory risk assessments.
  • Develop practical recommendations to help clients strengthen controls and mitigate risk.
  • Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and other engagement deliverables.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and engagement teams throughout project execution.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members while reviewing workpapers and deliverables.
  • Coordinate engagement activities, manage multiple workstreams, and support client relationship development efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, investigations, compliance, internal audit, risk consulting, internal controls, business process improvement, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams, supervise and mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and coordinate engagement activities from planning through execution.
  • Experience evaluating internal controls, developing testing procedures, assessing control effectiveness, identifying process improvement opportunities, and preparing risk and control documentation.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple engagements and deadlines.
  • Experience leading or overseeing business process reviews, compliance assessments, and control testing activities.
  • Experience supporting organizations within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
