Обязанности:

Контроль своевременного поступления первичных документов от обособленных подразделений;
-
Подготовка документов по реализации услуг и отправка их контрагентам;
-
Контроль возврата подписанных документов от контрагентов;
-
Учет и контроль поступления денежных средств от контрагентов;
-
Проведение сверок с контрагентами;
-
Хранение и архивация первичных документов;
-
Работа с подотчетными средствами, проверка документов на соответствие ЛНА;
-
Работа с участком ЗП (в отсутствие главного бухгалтера).
Требования:
- Высшее образование;
- Опыт аналогичной работы от года;
- Опыт работы с первичной и закрывающей документацией;
- Хорошее знание 1С: Бухгалтерия 8.3, Excel;
- Опыт работы с ГОЗ.
Условия:
- Работа в дочерней структуре Корпорации Ростех;
- Трудоустройство с соблюдением норм ТК РФ;
- Стабильная заработная плата;
- Премии и пособие к отпуску при выполнении KPI;
- График работы 5/2 с 9.00 до 18.00;
