RTA Services keeps enterprise IT running after OEM end-of-life. We provide third-party maintenance (TPM) and extended support for servers, storage and networking, plus on-demand field engineers through our KruNow platform. We cover Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines, and work with ACA Pacific, our sister company and preferred services partner.

The role
You'll be our business development lead in Malaysia, based in Kelana Jaya. You'll open new enterprise accounts, build the pipeline and close deals, reporting to the APAC Sales & Operations Director.
What you'll do
- Find and win new customers: enterprises, data centres, telcos/ISPs, cloud providers and system integrators
- Own the full sales cycle, from first meeting to proposal, negotiation and signed contract
- Show customers how TPM cuts cost against OEM renewals and keeps end-of-life hardware supported
- Build partnerships with system integrators, resellers and ACA Pacific's channel
- Work with our engineering and operations teams on scoping, pricing and smooth hand-over
- Keep pipeline and forecasts up to date in CRM and deliver against your targets
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B IT sales in Malaysia (enterprise hardware, IT services or similar). A proven record of opening new accounts matters more to us than years of experience.
- A hunter mindset and a record of beating sales targets
- Knowledge of data centres, servers, storage or networking; TPM or support-contract sales is a strong plus
- An existing network among IT decision-makers in Malaysia
- Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-driven and organised, comfortable in a small, fast-growing team
