The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and ensure campaigns align with mutually agreed performance targets.

You Will:
- Build real partnerships with decision-makers and POCs at biggest e-commerce brands in the CEE region
- Negotiate mutually beneficial business terms
- Identify opportunities to grow an account and build strategic campaign proposals
- Design full-funnel strategies - including performance and remarketing as well as awareness and consideration, tailored to each vertical
- Provide premium customer service based on transparency over campaign performance for the clients
- Become an expert in our tech. RTB House runs on deep learning, and the more you understand it, the better you can explain why it works
- Work side by side with our technical and sales teams - you won't be doing this alone
Desired Experience:
- Ideally you have a marketing background
- You know the online advertising industry, from performance through to upper-funnel
- You've managed campaigns and client relationships before - and you think of clients as partners, not accounts to service
- You have an analytical mindset and you actually enjoy solving problems
- You're comfortable in GA4 or similar analytical tools, you know your way around attribution models, and CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPV, CPM, etc. are already part of your vocabulary
- You are flexible and well organised to meet deadlines
- You have excellent communication skills - in a client meeting, via email, or on Slack
- English plus Czech or Slovak, C1 or above, Hungarian would be a big plus
