What You Will Do

Join our team as an Aircraft Operations Aviation Intern and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of corporate aviation. Reporting directly to the Assistant Chief Pilot, you will work closely with experienced mentors to support a variety of projects and tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the operations of a corporate flight department and develop skills applicable to a career in aviation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with domestic and international flight planning and operations.
• Support aircraft maintenance and servicing activities.
• Contribute to customer service initiatives to ensure a seamless experience.
• Participate in aircraft and crew scheduling processes.
• Assist with flight planning and related documentation.
• Gain exposure to safety management systems and their implementation.
• Learn about security protocols and compliance with IS-BAO standards.
• Perform various office duties and collaborate on special projects with team mentors.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM-related field and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship session.
• Private Pilot Certificate.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Instrument Rating.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Understanding of basic engineering concepts.
• Experience using programming languages.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
