Join our team as a CCA/PCB Product Development Engineer, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the design and manufacturability of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and circuit card assemblies (CCAs). This onsite position requires collaboration across disciplines to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of multiple programs and support our mission to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

What You Will Do

• Communicate technical knowledge regarding the design and manufacturability of PCBs and CCAs.
• Support product development engineering by applying tools to predict manufacturability performance prior to program design commitment.
• Generate PCB/CCA standard notes and create PreCAD data packages.
• Request mentor parts library elements (symbols and cells) and support alternative design solutions to meet manufacturability and affordability goals.
• Perform technology selection, trade-off analysis, and producibility assessments.
• Collaborate with design stakeholders and fabrication/assembly suppliers.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for product transitions between suppliers and provide process support as needed.
• Work within integrated product development teams to execute tasks and deliver high-quality work products.
• Manage multiple programs concurrently and travel as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects, with the ability to multi-task and establish schedules based on priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accreditation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T), engineering drafting standards, and producibility considerations related to electronic packaging.
• Knowledge of translating schematic capture into producible layouts.
• Familiarity with soldering techniques and the importance of workmanship.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly PCB and CCA production.

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
