- Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
- Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
- Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
- Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity.
- Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP.
- Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and any other related course
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Experience with supplier management and vendor negotiations.
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and purchasing best practices.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP ERP.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Decision-making and relationship management.
