What You Will Do:

• Partner with senior leadership, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to deliver tactical and strategic compliance objectives for F135 Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTD)
• Manage configuration control processes for updates, revisions, and new publications
• Support publication schedules, data cut-off processes, and coordination across program teams
• Develop, maintain, and standardize performance and compliance metrics
• Align with Lockheed Martin (LM) customer on best practices
• 10% travel

Qualifications You Must Have:

• BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Aviation Technology, or a highly technical discipline required
• 8+ years of technical publication experience, OR Advanced degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience supporting technical publications
• At least 3 years of managerial, leadership and supervisory skills
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with technical publications, structured authoring environments, or aerospace maintenance data
• Experience supporting multiple cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, highly regulated environments

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
