Job Description

  • Handle incoming leads via structured calls/chats, explain products, and drive branch visit conversions
  • Coordinate with branch teams for appointment scheduling and lead follow-ups
  • Identify and engage potential or backdated leads
  • Manage call schedules and follow-ups efficiently
  • Document responses and key insights accurately in systems
  • Maintain datasets and prepare regular reports
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and ask the right questions
  • Detail-oriented and organized in handling data and documentation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Comfortable with outreach (calls, chats, surveys)
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and data tracking tools
  • Able to understand user/student needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles is a plus
