  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan melalui telepon
  • Menawarkan solusi masalah pendidikan yang dihadapi konsumen dan dicocokan dengan produk Ruangguru
  • Melakukan follow up kepada pengguna aplikasi Ruangguru untuk berlangganan aplikasi berbayar

Qualifications

  • Diutamakan lulusan minimal D3, lulusan SMA/SMK sederajat dipersilahkan melamar
  • Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun sebagai Telesales atau Telemarketing
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
  • Berorientasi pada target dan deadline
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta
