Full-Stack Web & Digital Specialist (Маркетинг + Разработка + Контент)

Обязанности:

  • Контент: управление контентом сайта, контроль качества, актуальности, размещение.

  • Аналитика: сбор и анализ веб-статистики, оценка трафика и поведенческих метрик, улучшение пользовательского опыта.

  • Администрирование: поддержка и настройка серверов (Linux/Windows), веб-серверов (Nginx, Apache), контроль стабильности.

  • Верстка: адаптивная HTML/CSS-вёрстка страниц и элементов.

  • Разработка: внедрение новых решений, работа с веб-языками (PHP, Python, JavaScript), реализация инновационного функционала.

  • Дизайн: участие в визуальном оформлении сайта, контроль юзабилити, работа с базовыми графическими редакторами.

  • Оптимизация: внутренняя SEO-оптимизация, повышение производительности сайта, безопасность и структура проекта.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы от 6 лет в web/digital-сфере

  • Владение хотя бы одним языком веб-программирования (PHP, Python, JS); знание нескольких - плюс

  • HTML, CSS - уверенное практическое применение

  • Знание и настройка веб-серверов (Apache, Nginx)

  • Понимание работы протоколов (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP)

  • Опыт работы с базами данных (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle и др.)

  • Навыки администрирования ОС (Linux/Windows)

  • Базовые навыки UX/UI-дизайна, понимание юзабилити

  • Базовые знания графических редакторов (например, Figma, Photoshop)

Личные качества:

  • Ответственность, системность, креативность

  • Аналитическое мышление и математические способности

  • Коммуникабельность и способность работать как самостоятельно, так и в команде

  • Лидерские качества и ориентация на результат
