Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and optimize LLM-driven solutions for real business use cases.
  • Create, refine, and manage high-quality prompts, workflows, and agent setups.
  • Rapidly prototype GenAI applications using existing tools, APIs, and platforms.
  • Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, bias, safety, and reliability.
  • Stay current with new LLM models, tools, and GenAI trends, and apply them pragmatically.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate ideas into working AI solutions.
  • Continuously improve the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of LLM usage.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proven track record of publishing research or developing scalable AI systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (a master's or PhD is preferred).

Additional Competencies:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
