What you'll do
Own projects across the company: finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, events, and whatever is highest priority that month
Build internal processes where none exist, then automate them. We build agents & tools for our own ops on the same platform we sell
Find growing pains & problems before they occur. Proactively work behind the scenes to fix them.
Support board meeting prep and company reporting for Max, Head of Operations
What we're looking for
2+ years of work experience, with at least some of it in an operating role at a high-growth startup
You use AI for everything
Organized and precise
Comfortable with ambiguity, thinks from first principles
Low ego, high ownership. Some of the work is glamorous, most of it isn't, and all of it matters
