Обязанности:
- ведение делопроизводства;
- подготовка материалов и документов необходимых для работы руководителя;
- контроль своевременного исполнения документов;
- организация контроля, учета и использования дел , обеспечение работы архивохранилищ, комплектование архива делами;
- подготовка и актуализация номенклатуры дел.
Требования:
- среднее специальное образование;
- опыт работы делопроизводителем или секретарем приветствуется;
- уверенный пользователь ПК;
- грамотная речь;
- ответственность, исполнительность;
- умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
