  • Самостоятельное ведение закреплённой бизнес-линии (одной или нескольких) и портфеля инициатив: от инициации до внедрения и подтверждённого бизнес-результата

Требования:

  • Опыт не менее 5-ти лет в управлении проектами, самостоятельное управление сложными кросс-функциональными программами/проектами
  • Опыт внедрения изменений в процессах, ИТ или операциях, управление бюджетом/ресурсами; оценка и подтверждение эффектов
  • Опыт взаимодействия с директорами функций/топ-менеджментом, со сложными стейкхолдерами
  • Сильные Excel и PowerPoint
  • Как преимущество: PMP/Agile; MS Progect/Jira/Confluence/BI/PPM
