  • Kundenorientierung: Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen, erstellst individuelle Angebote, nimmst Schäden auf und koordinierst zuverlässig Termine für das Vertriebsteam.
  • Unterstützung: Du stehst den von Dir betreuten VR- Partnerbanken im Vertrieb von Versicherungen für Privatkunden zur Seite und trägst so maßgeblich zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei.
  • Beziehungsmanagement: Mit Engagement pflegst Du bestehende Kundenkontakte und stärkst die Bindung zu unseren Vertriebspartnern, indem Du sie aktiv bei der Marktbearbeitung unterstützt.
  • Überzeugungskraft: Im direkten Kundenkontakt begeisterst Du durch Dein Auftreten und nutzt moderne, digitale Beratungstools, um Kunden optimal zu beraten und zu gewinnen.
  • Ausbildung imFinanzdienstleistungsbereich, idealerweise Versicherungsfachmensch
  • Klare Kundenorientierung mit Empathie und Sachverstand
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Teamplayer
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und digitale Affinität
