What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Casualty brokers.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of renewal and marketing materials, including documents, cover letters, and related correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and account information across internal systems.
  • Organize and maintain account documentation, files, and transaction records.
  • Respond to broker requests and help keep timelines, documentation, and follow-ups on track.
  • Support recordkeeping, compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Partner with brokerage, finance, and other internal teams to resolve account-related needs.
  • Assist with general brokerage workflow and ad hoc requests as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3+ years of experience in an insurance brokerage, underwriting, or related insurance support role.
  • Experience directly supporting brokers or a brokerage team strongly preferred.
  • Wholesale insurance and/or Casualty experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys a support-focused role and is interested in growing their expertise within brokerage operations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
