Our financial services client is seeking a Intermediate Info Security Analyst (5+ years of experience) to provision privileged access using ServiceNow, CyberArk, Active Directory, and Azure Cloud
Join an Enterprise Security Administration team supporting privileged access provisioning across production infrastructure environments within a large financial services organization. This role focuses on operational support for Bank USA business needs, including privileged vaulted account creation and access provisioning across Active Directory, Azure, databases, Linux/Unix, and mainframe platforms. The team works closely with access provisioning specialists and subject matter experts in a highly collaborative environment. The contract offers exposure to enterprise-scale security operations and infrastructure access management processes.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Every Tuesday is mandatory along with 1 Friday a month.

Must Haves
- ServiceNow experience is a must
- CyberArk (Idira) experience
- Active Directory management experience
- Oracle DB and MySQL management experience
- Linux/Unix OS management experience
- Helpdesk experience
- Mainframe navigation and management experience

- Communication with senior and executive management
- Ability to learn from documented procedures
- Ability to analyze, capture, and minimize risk associated with elevated access

Responsibilities
- Provision privileged access to production infrastructure environments
- Create privileged vaulted accounts for infrastructure platforms
- Manage access provisioning for Active Directory, Azure, database, Linux, and mainframe platforms
- Support ESA-related operational activities for the Bank USA line of business
- Analyze and minimize risk associated with elevated access assignments
- Follow documented procedures and knowledge bases for provisioning activities
- Communicate with senior and executive management regarding access-related activities
