Our federal public sector client is seeking a Senior QA Tester L3 (10+ years) to lead test planning and create UAT test cases in support of a contact center migration from on-premise to Genesys Cloud

 

Join a large-scale modernization program migrating 14 contact centres to Genesys Cloud within a federal public sector environment. This role leads test planning and coordination, develops detailed manual test cases and scripts, manages walkthroughs and reviews, and readies UAT coverage across multiple migrations. Expect a high-volume, hands-on workload with approximately 800 test cases per centre (11,000+ overall), detailed Excel documentation, and tight deadlines. You will support defect tracking, progress reporting, and UAT execution support in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.

Must Haves


  • Reliability security clearance
  • Canadian Degree in IT or related to IT (WES equivalency accepted) 


Nice to Have

  • Genesys Cloud, IVR systems, or contact centre applications exposure
  • Azure DevOps and Microsoft Copilot to support testing and documentation

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead test planning and coordination of CCM testing activities
  • Supervise testing in accordance with the plan
  • Manage and monitor test plans for various levels of testing
  • Manage walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readiness
  • Produce status reporting
  • Develop test scenarios and test scripts
  • Establish and operate interoperability testing procedures to ensure interaction and co-existence conform to departmental standards
