What is the job waiting for you?
Engages cross-functional teams at Temsa to ensure the planning and execution of new projects developed by the Business Development TeamCoordinates project teams and ensures timely completion of processes, including risk analysis and mitigation planningFollows all internal activities and troubleshoots the progressEnsures all issues are listed, communicated to stakeholders and that action plans are delivered on timeAnalyzes issues in terms of impact and prioritizes them accordinglyReports issues and follows the progress of items until resolutionEngages cross-functional teams at Temsa to ensure the planning and execution of new projects developed by the Business Development TeamCoordinates project teams and ensures timely completion of processes, including risk analysis and mitigation planningFollows all internal activities and troubleshoots the progressEnsures all issues are listed, communicated to stakeholders and that action plans are delivered on timeAnalyzes issues in terms of impact and prioritizes them accordinglyReports issues and follows the progress of items until resolutionEstablishes effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outputs are completed in line with expectationsContributes to developing solutions aligned with the intended outcome and key targets of the projectReports the status of all items to the Business Development Team on a regular basisUses AI-supported tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot) in daily project workIdentifies repetitive tasks that can be simplified or automated, and proposes practical improvements to the team's ways of workingSupports the team in evaluating how AI and digital technologies affect the projects and partners in scope
What we are looking for?
Bachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experiencePreferably experienced in mobility, automotive or technology sectorsKnowledge of PMP, Agile or similar project management methodologies is a preferred assetFluent English is mandatory; a second language is a preferred assetPractical familiarity with AI-supported productivity tools and an interest in applying them to project work is a preferred assetAdvanced analytical thinking, design thinking orientation, problem solving, result orientation and organizational skillsProne to teamwork, go-getter attitude and strong communication skills
