The Market Intelligence Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for Sabre's market intelligence and competitive insights products, enabling airlines, hotels, agencies, and travel suppliers to make data-driven commercial decisions. This role sits within the Data, AI & Insights organization and serves as the bridge between customer needs, industry trends, data science capabilities, and product innovation. The Product Manager will drive the evolution of the market intelligence offering, ensuring they deliver actionable insights, measurable business outcomes, and sustainable growth while supporting Sabre's broader strategy around data, analytics, and AI-powered decision intelligence.
2. What THIS ROLE Will Do
Detail three to five key areas of ownership. Focus on high-level deliverables, business outcomes, and strategic impact rather than routine administrative tasks.
- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Market Intelligence solutions, aligning with customer needs, business objectives, and industry trends.
- Partner with customers, commercial teams, and industry stakeholders to identify market opportunities and translate them into scalable product capabilities that drive customer value and revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services to successfully deliver product initiatives from concept to commercialization.
- Drive product discovery, competitive analysis, and customer research to continuously evolve the portfolio and enhance Sabre's competitive position in the travel technology market.
- Establish product success metrics, monitor business performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize adoption, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
3. What THIS ROLE Requires
List three to five essential qualifications required to succeed in this role. Focus on technical skills, years of relevant experience, and critical capabilities.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Travel Technology, or AI-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and delivering products that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage market data, customer research, and business metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience working with data platforms, analytics products, intelligence solutions, AI/ML capabilities, or data-driven decision-support products is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence executives, customers, and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
