Bid Project Manager

Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Bid Project Manager in Melbourne (Australia), who shares our commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and high-value project delivery..

Key responsibilities and functions:

  · Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to submission and contract award.

  · Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, commercial, legal, finance) to ensure high-quality bid submissions.

  · Define and implement bid strategies aligned with company objectives and client requirements.

  · Analyze tender documentation and ensure full compliance with technical, legal, and commercial conditions.

  · Develop competitive technical and financial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  · Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables throughout the bidding process.

  · Identify risks and opportunities within each bid and define mitigation or optimization strategies.

  · Engage with partners, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to strengthen bid positioning.

  · Support negotiations with clients during the evaluation phase.

  · Ensure proper handover to execution teams upon successful award of the contract.

  · Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience (10-15 years) in bid management, project management, or similar roles in infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments.

· Strong understanding of tendering processes and contract management.

· Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.

· Experience in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
