About Our Family
We are an active, fast-moving family of five based in Newport Beach. Our home includes our three children (ages: 4, 6 & 10), two large and lovable dogs, and parents managing several businesses and properties. Between school, sports, coaching, carpools, travel, and changing schedules, our days are full and energetic. We embrace our on-the-go lifestyle and love making memories together - whether traveling, cheering from the sidelines, or gathering around the table.
Our home is warm, joyful, and often filled with friends and family. We love hosting everything from casual visits and children’s celebrations to large dinner parties. We are a community-oriented family that values generosity and is intentional about raising thoughtful children who value kindness, responsibility, inclusion and respect. Clear communication and healthy boundaries are important in our household; we believe in being direct, honest, and kind.
The right person will enjoy the rhythm of a bustling home and understand how thoughtful preparation and follow-through keep everything running smoothly. Because we also support a family member who lives nearby, our household operates as a close-knit ecosystem. We have tremendous trust, appreciation, and care to offer someone who wants to become a valued, long-term partner and grow alongside our family.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
You are a true “mover and shaker” - someone who can read the room, anticipate needs, and confidently take initiative without waiting to be asked. Bringing a warm, grounded presence, you enjoy working in an active, ever evolving household. Nurturing and capable, you lead with maturity, sound judgment, patience, and care.
Trustworthy and discreet, you recognize the sensitivity of working within a family’s private space and consistently exercise good judgement and confidentiality. You are punctual, consistent, and dependable, yet flexible when schedules shift or unexpected needs arise. Busy days do not rattle you; you prioritize, communicate, and find practical solutions. You maintain appropriate boundaries with children while remaining warm and approachable, taking pride in creating a calm, organized, and well-supported home.
You think beyond the immediate task, track important details, and follow through with minimal oversight. You value direct, honest communication and feel comfortable asking questions, sharing observations, and addressing concerns thoughtfully. This is a long-term opportunity to become a trusted partner to a family that respects your experience, appreciates your contributions, and values the meaningful role you play in making family life easier.
