The Sr. Director, Program Execution, Project Management and GTM Readiness will provide senior leadership for Sage’s global GTM transformation portfolio, establishing the strategy, governance, prioritization, and operating model needed to deliver large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive growth and improve GTM effectiveness. This role will translate transformation priorities into an enterprise-wide execution portfolio and lead a team responsible for taking complex programs from strategy and business case through delivery, adoption, benefits realization, and continuous improvement.

The Senior Director will serve as a key executive partner to the VP and work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Support, and regional teams to align priorities, navigate enterprise-level trade-offs, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact. The role will also establish the delivery standards, capabilities, governance, and executive visibility needed to scale GTM transformation globally.

This is a Hybrid role based on-site 3 days per week.
