Position Overview

sa.global in Colombia is looking for a driven Support Architect to accelerate our growth. We are looking for a passionate professional who is excited to grow our HomebuilderONE business together with a great team.

As a Support Architect at sa.global, you're responsible for maintaining the well-being of the HomebuilderONE systems for existing customers. HomebuilderONE is a completely custom solution developed within D365 Finance & Operations that focuses on features that benefit the homebuilding industry. The Support Architect acts as the primary source of technical solutions to system problems as reported by customers of HomebuilderONE.

Areas of Responsibility

• Triage customer-reported technical issues in live D365 environments. Issues could be related to the HomebuilderONE product, customer customizations, or integrations to third-party platforms.
• Work with the Customer Service team to deliver solutions (technical and non-technical) for customer-reported issues.
• Maintain customer environment topologies.
• Mentor and act as a sounding board for other customer service team resources.
• Provide technical guidance for customer service team members.
• Work with the HomebuilderONE product team to address flaws in the HomebuilderONE product that would impact multiple customers.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with customers to resolve technical issues within D365 Finance and Operations systems, including performance tuning, root-cause diagnostics, and batch job troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with D365 Finance and Operations customization and extension methods (chain of command, event handlers, extension classes, etc.)
• Proficiency using SQL and related diagnostic tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio, Trace Parser) to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and PPAC (Power Platform Admin Center) for environment lifecycle management, including database refresh/copy requests, repository management (Git and TFS), Azure build pipelines, and maintenance scheduling.
• Experience opening and managing support tickets directly with Microsoft, including preparing clear repro steps and diagnostic data for escalations.
• Experience coordinating with third-party ISVs whose products integrate with D365 F&O, isolating whether an issue lives in core F&O, the ISV layer, or custom code.
• Familiarity with data entities, the Data Management Framework (DMF), and common integration patterns (OData, Power Automate, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure functions, D365 F&O service classes) connecting F&O to external systems.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Business Management or equivalent education and experience, is preferable.
• Microsoft certification exams MB-300 and MB-500 are preferred.
