We’re looking for someone to help us build a better place to work, and better systems for the people working here.
++addmore has grown quite a bit. Our people processes have grown too, just not always at the same speed.
We already have the foundations: job levels, a competency model, growth conversations and ways of working we believe in. Now we need someone to take ownership of them, improve what isn’t working and make sure the important stuff still happens when things get busy.
About ++addmore
We’re a product marketing studio working with startups and scale-ups across Europe.
We help companies figure out what they’re selling, why people should care and how to bring it to market: from positioning and storytelling to websites and launches.
We’re a small team, which means there aren’t five layers between spotting something that could be better and actually changing it.
What you'll do
You’ll own the people side of ++addmore, from finding great people to helping them grow once they’re here.
That includes:
Running hiring from role definition and sourcing to interviews and offers
Creating a candidate experience that feels fast, personal and very ++addmore
Making onboarding genuinely useful from day one
Running and improving our growth and performance processes
Keeping our competency model and job levels useful as the team evolves
Helping managers become better at feedback, growth and difficult conversations
Spotting people or team issues early and helping us deal with them properly
Taking care of the practical HR basics without making them more complicated than they need to be
Using AI and automation wherever it removes unnecessary admin
A big part of the job is making things work without constant reminders.
But this is still a people role.
Sometimes the right answer is a better process. Sometimes it’s sitting down with someone and having a conversation that probably should have happened a week ago. We need someone who knows the difference.
What we're looking for
You don’t need the perfect People Lead CV. But you’ll probably recognise yourself in this:
You like building things, not just running processes someone else created
You naturally look beyond the task at the system behind it and how it could work better
You bring structure without making things unnecessarily complicated
You take ownership. If something isn’t working, you don’t wait for someone else to notice
You’re comfortable challenging people, including leadership, without making everything a fight
You have good judgment when things aren’t black and white
You’re curious about AI and already thinking about where it can remove repetitive work
You care about the people behind the process, especially when things get busy or messy
We’re a small team, so there isn’t much room to hide behind job titles or “that’s not my responsibility.” That also means you’ll have a lot of room to shape how we work.
What you’ll get
You won’t be starting from zero.
There are already solid foundations to work with, but there’s plenty of room to question them, rebuild them and make them your own.
You’ll work closely with the team and leadership, with short decision lines and a lot of freedom to change things when they’re not working.
And because we’re small, you’ll actually see the impact of what you build: in how we hire, how people grow and how the team works together.

We like people who take ownership, ask questions and say what they think.
We move pretty quickly, but we don’t believe everything needs a process.
We’d rather have an uncomfortable honest conversation than quietly let something become a problem.
And we’re figuring things out too. You’re not joining a perfectly designed company. Part of your job is helping us build a better one.
