Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Mengembangkan program dan aplikasi internal sesuai kebutuhan bisnis dan operasional perusahaan.
  2. Melakukan maintenance, troubleshooting, dan pengembangan aplikasi yang sudah ada untuk memastikan sistem berjalan dengan baik.
  3. Memastikan seluruh perangkat IT, seperti komputer, laptop, printer, dan perangkat lainnya, tercatat, terdokumentasi, dan tersimpan dengan baik.
  4. Memonitor kondisi, penggunaan, serta pemeliharaan aset IT perusahaan.
  5. Mengawasi, mengarahkan, dan memonitor kinerja tim IT agar pekerjaan berjalan sesuai target.
  6. Memberikan dukungan teknis serta solusi atas kendala IT yang dihadapi seluruh divisi.
  7. Menyusun laporan berkala terkait pengembangan aplikasi, kondisi aset IT, dan kinerja tim.

Qualifications

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang IT, khususnya pengembangan aplikasi atau sistem informasi.
  3. Memiliki kemampuan pemrograman, pengelolaan database, serta troubleshooting aplikasi.
  4. Memahami pengelolaan perangkat dan inventaris aset IT perusahaan.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analisis masalah, komunikasi, dan koordinasi tim yang baik.
  6. Teliti, bertanggung jawab, proaktif, dan berorientasi pada solusi.
