Our most senior technical voice on Data 360 in EMEA - a Field CTO who's deep enough on the Salesforce Platform (CTA-caliber) and modern data platforms to architect with any customer's Chief Architect, and who teaches Sales, Consulting, and even our own senior architects the how and why of Data 360. Data-first, but fluent in headless and agentic AI. Senior, sales-driven, C-level-credible, and enthusiastic on stage.
Your Impact
1. Thought Leadership & Field-Wide Data 360 Authority
- The definitive voice on Salesforce Platform, ecosystem, and Data 360 - deeper than any customer architect, and the go-to answer for Sales, Consulting, and even our most senior architects on the how and why of Data 360
- Enthusiastic, sales-driven C-level presence: CTOs, CDOs, CAIOs treat you as the peer who can architect their future
- Present at events, analyst briefings, and customer boards; publish thought leadership that shapes the market's view of data-first AI
2. Strategic Architecture in Complex Deal Cycles
- Senior technical authority in EMEA's largest deals - owning decisions on data modelling, identity resolution, real-time vs. batch, and activation strategy within D360
- Build proof-of-value demos (target: under two weeks) with AEs/SEs to accelerate buying decisions
- Fluent in headless architecture and AI-driven agents (MCP, A2A) - always applied through a data-first lens
- Long-term trusted advisor to strategic accounts, beyond any single deal
3. Reference Architecture & Technical GTM
- Build reference architectures and technical GTM narratives ahead of new offering launches
- Package deal experience into playbooks the wider architect community can reuse
- Co-own architecture patterns with SI and hyperscaler partners (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or technical pre-sales in Data/AI
- Proven Enterprise-architecture Credential (Zachman, TOGAF) - Salesforce CTA a plus. Must clearly demonstrate Salesforce Platform depth
- Architect-level, hands-on experience on a major data platform (e.g. GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure)
- Track record as an Enterprise Architect, or trusted advisor to Enterprise Architects, in large complex stacks
- Proven builder of reference architectures / technical GTM narratives for new offerings
- Demonstrated C-level advisory experience (CDO, CTO, CIO, CAIO)
- Fluent English required; additional EMEA languages a plus
- Degree or equivalent experience
Technical Skill Set
- Data Platforms: Cloud DWH/DL (GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure), ingestion pipelines, data modelling, governance
- AI & Agentic: GenAI, RAG, vector stores, agent lifecycle, MCP/A2A interoperability
- Salesforce Platform: Data 360, Agentforce, Agent Builder - deep architectural fluency
- Integration/BI: MuleSoft, hyperscaler SDKs, Tableau/PowerBI/Looker familiarity
