The Role:
The Paid Media Senior Analyst is part of our EMEA Field Marketing team, partnering closely with Media Finance and Media Intelligence to plan, execute, and measure paid campaigns that drive real business outcomes. Based in London, UK, you'll shape acquisition strategy across search, social, display, and video - building data-driven campaigns that connect directly to revenue.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Build and run acquisition strategies across paid digital channels that convert into new customers and measurable revenue growth.
Shape audience and market targeting using first- and third-party data to sharpen who we reach and where.
Own budget and forecasting models that keep media investment efficient and scalable.
Turn business priorities into media plans and KPIs, then optimize campaigns in real time based on performance data.
Qualifications:
You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media acquisition.
You've driven measurable revenue outcomes through paid media campaigns.
You're skilled with media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs) and marketing analytics tools.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
You've built testing roadmaps to validate creative, messaging, or targeting hypotheses.
You have experience mapping campaigns to customer journey stages across cross-functional teams.
