業務内容
検索のあり方が、いま大きく変わろうとしています。ユーザーは Google の AI Overviews / AI Mode、そして ChatGPT・Claude・Gemini といった「質問に答えを返してくれるAI（アンサーエンジン）」を活用し、情報収集・比較検討・意思決定を行うようになってきました。
Technical SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager は、マーケティング統括本部に所属し、この変化のなかで セールスフォース・ジャパンのコンテンツが「見つけられ・理解され・信頼され・選ばれる」状態をつくることをミッションとします。データドリブンなテクニカルSEOの専門性、Web技術と分析の実務経験、そして AI時代のオーガニックグロースを切り拓く好奇心を持って、セールスフォース・ジャパンのデジタル資産全体における オーガニック流入の「技術的な土台」をオーナーとして担っていただきます。
主なミッションは、サイト構造・戦略的な内部リンク設計・クローラビリティ・インデックス・構造化データ・ページ品質、そして検索エンジンとAIに対するコンテンツの可読性までを技術的に底上げし、AEO（Answer Engine Optimization＝アンサーエンジン最適化）戦略を前進させることで、AI検索時代におけるオーガニックグロースを実現することです。
具体的には、以下の領域を担当いただきます。
・AEO（アンサーエンジン最適化）の枠組みを構築する
AI検索・アンサーエンジン全体に対するセールスフォース・ジャパンのAEO戦略を立案・実行します。AI Overviews / AI Mode / ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini などで Salesforce がどのように表示・引用されているかを分析し、AI上での可視性と権威性を高める打ち手を見つけます。あわせて、AIでの可視性・引用のされ方・競合ポジション・コンテンツのギャップ・ビジネスインパクトを評価する測定の仕組みを設計します。
・テクニカルSEOをリードする
Salesforce.com/jp のテクニカルSEOロードマップを所有し、ビジネスインパクト・検索機会・実行難易度をもとに優先順位を決めます。サイト構造、内部リンク、クローラビリティ、インデックス、構造化データなど、サイト全体の健全性を底上げします。Google Search Console、Screaming Frog、GA4、BIダッシュボードでパフォーマンスを監視し、課題を特定して改善の優先度をつけます。
・データに基づく実験を推進する
変化の速い検索領域でスピード感を持って動き、仮説を立て、実験を回し、その学びをスケールする施策へと変えていきます。製品・業界・ブログなど主要なページタイプごとにパフォーマンスを分析し、成長機会を見つけ、実験の優先順位と成功指標を定義します。学びをドキュメント化し、オーガニックグロースの継続的な改善につなげます。
・AIでSEOオペレーションをスケールさせる
グローバルSEOチームと連携し、マーケティングチームがSEO業務を効率的にスケールできるよう、AIワークフロー・AIエージェント・社内ツール・自動化を設計・構築します。プロンプト、スクリプト、テンプレート、ダッシュボード、QAワークフローを整備し、一貫性を高め、実行を加速し、部門横断でベストプラクティスを展開できるようにします。
必要なスキル・経験
SEO / テクニカルSEO / Webグロース / Web分析のいずれかで 4年以上 の経験
大規模サイトのテクニカルSEO実務経験（クローラビリティ、インデックス、内部リンク、URL設計、リダイレクト、canonicalタグ、構造化データ、JavaScriptレンダリング、ページパフォーマンス など）
SEO・分析ツールの使用経験（Google Search Console、Screaming Frog、Semrush、Ahrefs、GA4、Tableau、Looker Studio など）
データを分析し、根本原因を特定し、機会の優先順位をつけ、明確な提案・アクションプランに落とし込む力
HTML / CSS / JavaScript、CMS運用、構造化データ、schema.org の実務的な知識
Claude Code、Apps Script、SQL、BigQuery などを使ったワークフロー自動化の構築経験
AI検索・アンサーエンジン・自動化・オーガニック発見の未来に対する好奇心と、自ら手を動かして試す姿勢
各部門のステークホルダーと共通のゴールを目指し、連携する高いコミュニケーション力
日本語：ネイティブまたは流暢 ／ 英語：ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション力
歓迎するスキル・経験
B2B SaaS、エンタープライズソフトウェア / テクノロジー、またはグローバルドメインを持つ大規模B2Bサイトでの経験
SEO / テクニカルSEO / Web分析で 8年以上 の経験
AEO（アンサーエンジン最適化）またはAI検索最適化の経験
ログファイル分析、JavaScript SEO、レンダリング診断、サイトパフォーマンス最適化の経験
複数の製品・ソリューション・業界・地域・ファネル・ステークホルダーが絡む複雑なWebエコシステムでの経験
SEOの取り組みを、リード・商談や売上へのインフルエンス・セルフサーブのコンバージョンといったビジネス成果に結びつけた経験
