Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience implementing operational assessment findings to ensure progress in organizational model optimization occurs to effectively operationalize the duties and responsibilities of CISA as the National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure by providing technical writing support services.
• Proactively produce high quality strategic and executive level materials including briefings, memos, white papers, and leadership correspondence utilizing CISA/DHS templates and formatting requirements; supporting adjudication of complex document packages including reports, templates, and graphics.
• Ability to conduct research on critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security policy, cyber and physical threats, resilience, and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) related issues and develop products summarizing key research findings
• Proven experience in developing strategy papers, research memoranda, and issue analyses for leadership.
• Hands-on experience with producing policy review summaries assessing potential impacts on National Coordinator roles and responsibilities.
• Actively perform technical editing, quality assurance/quality control, and compliance reviews for accuracy, clarity, and tone in compliance with DHS and CISA standards, policies, and templates.
• Capable of using editing and publishing tools (Word, Acrobat, Drupal) to produce templates, complete technical edits, and ensure 508-compliant deliverables.
