As our IT Solution Architect, you will design and drive the integration of data and solutions across PDM, PLM, SAP and other systems to support Salomon’s Product Digital Platform, from target architecture through to delivery.

Own the architecture and technical delivery

• Define integration strategies and design scalable architectures and interoperability frameworks across PDM, PLM, SAP and other systems.
• Own the architecture blueprint and the interface landscape; define and challenge standards with the architecture community.
• Act as the main technical contact for business and IT teams; review, challenge and validate system integrator deliverables (solution designs, mock-ups, methodology) and technical change requests.
• Translate business processes and requirements into functional and technical designs; validate Story Briefs with the Product Owner before implementation.

Lead data migration

• Lead migration from legacy systems to the Product Digital Platform, including data cleansing and mapping strategy and data quality criteria agreed with the business.
• Oversee execution against milestones and quality benchmarks, and prepare the cut-over plan with the business, the integrator and the project team.

Optimize, secure and monitor

• Identify bottlenecks and lead improvement and automation initiatives on integration and migration pipelines (ETL, APIs, cloud services).
• Maintain architecture documentation, enforce data governance and compliance (GDPR, SOX…), and put monitoring and auditing in place.
• Define and track KPIs (transfer speed, error rates, latency, throughput) and report progress and risks to senior management.

Share expertise

• Mentor Digital Product Platform team members on data integration, security and system architecture, and foster knowledge-sharing across teams.

En tant qu’IT Solution Architect, vous concevrez et piloterez l’intégration des données et des solutions entre les systèmes PDM, PLM, SAP et autres, afin de soutenir la Product Digital Platform de Salomon, de l’architecture cible jusqu’à la mise en œuvre.

Piloter l’architecture et la delivery technique

• Définir les stratégies d’intégration et concevoir des architectures scalables et des frameworks d’interopérabilité entre PDM, PLM, SAP et autres systèmes.
• Porter le blueprint d’architecture et le paysage d’interfaces ; définir et challenger les standards avec la communauté d’architecture.
• Être l’interlocuteur technique principal des équipes métier et IT ; revoir, challenger et valider les livrables de l’intégrateur (solution designs, maquettes, méthodologie) ainsi que les demandes de changement sur le plan technique.
• Traduire les processus et besoins métier en conceptions fonctionnelles et techniques ; valider les Story Briefs avec le Product Owner avant implémentation.

Conduire la migration de données

• Piloter la migration depuis les systèmes legacy vers la Product Digital Platform, y compris la stratégie de nettoyage et de mapping et les critères de qualité des données définis avec le métier.
• Superviser l’exécution selon les jalons et standards de qualité, et préparer le plan de cut-over avec le métier, l’intégrateur et l’équipe projet.

Optimiser, sécuriser et suivre la performance

• Identifier les goulots d’étranglement et piloter les initiatives d’amélioration et d’automatisation des flux d’intégration et de migration (ETL, API, services cloud).
• Maintenir la documentation d’architecture, appliquer la gouvernance des données et la conformité (RGPD, SOX…), et mettre en place des outils de monitoring et d’audit.
• Définir et suivre des KPI (vitesse de transfert, taux d’erreur, latence, débit) et rendre compte de l’avancement et des risques à la direction.

Partager l’expertise

• Accompagner les membres de l’équipe Digital Product Platform sur l’intégration de données, la sécurité et l’architecture, et favoriser le partage de connaissances entre les équipes.

You are a strong match for this role if you bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT (software development, system engineering), including 8+ years in data architecture, integration and migration within a digital platform or product organization.
• Practical experience in PDM/PLM solution design and implementation, with a strong understanding of integration with CAD, SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of data models, APIs, ETL and real-time/batch transfers; familiarity with microservices, SOA, modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses) and cloud architectures (serverless, hybrid).
• Experience planning and executing data migration projects, including in cloud-native environments.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message from executive discussions to detailed technical exchanges.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a strong asset.
• Relevant certifications in data architecture, systems integration or cloud platforms are highly desirable.

Vous correspondez particulièrement à ce poste si vous disposez de :

• Un Bachelor ou un Master en informatique, systèmes d’information, ingénierie des données ou domaine connexe.
• 10 ans d’expérience IT (développement logiciel, ingénierie système), dont 8+ ans en architecture, intégration et migration de données au sein d’une organisation digital platform ou produit.
• Une expérience pratique de conception et d’implémentation de solutions PDM/PLM, avec une bonne compréhension de l’intégration avec la CAO, SAP et d’autres systèmes d’entreprise.
• Une solide connaissance des modèles de données, API, ETL et transferts temps réel/batch ; une familiarité avec les microservices, la SOA, les architectures de données modernes (data lakes, entrepôts) et les architectures cloud (serverless, hybride).
• Une expérience de planification et d’exécution de projets de migration de données, y compris en environnement cloud-native.
• Une connaissance des cadres de sécurité et de conformité des données (RGPD, CCPA, HIPAA).
• De solides qualités de leadership, de résolution de problèmes et de communication avec les parties prenantes, avec la capacité d’adapter votre discours des échanges stratégiques aux échanges techniques détaillés.
• Un excellent niveau d’anglais écrit et oral ; le français est un atout important.
• Des certifications en architecture de données, intégration de systèmes ou plateformes cloud sont fortement appréciées.
