We are looking for a collaborative and delivery-oriented Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead strategic IT projects while fostering Agile practices across our global IT Operations & Infrastructure organization.
In this dual role, you will combine project leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring successful project delivery while coaching teams, removing impediments, and continuously improving the way we work. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, engineers, and external partners to deliver innovative digital solutions that support Salomon's global business.
Your Main Missions:
Project Leadership
- Lead strategic IT projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring quality, budget, timeline, and security objectives are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and priorities while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, SAP Operations, and Enterprise Service Management.
Agile Coaching & Scrum Master
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams within the IT Operations & Infrastructure organization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Remove impediments and help teams maximize delivery performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify and prioritize requirements.
- Ensure effective communication between Agile teams and internal or external stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment across multiple teams and functions.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve Agile maturity, team collaboration, and delivery processes.
- Support the deployment and adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization.
- Ensure Agile tools and practices are consistently applied.
- Contribute to building a scalable Agile culture within the global IT organization.
Nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager & Scrum Master (F/H) organisé(e), collaboratif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats pour piloter des projets IT stratégiques tout en accompagnant les équipes dans l'adoption des méthodes Agile.
Dans ce rôle hybride, vous assurerez à la fois le pilotage de projets complexes et l'animation des équipes Agile afin de garantir une livraison efficace, une collaboration fluide et une amélioration continue des pratiques de travail.
Vos principales missions :
- Piloter des projets IT stratégiques de leur lancement jusqu'à leur mise en production.
- Garantir le respect des délais, des budgets, de la qualité et des exigences de sécurité.
- Animer les cérémonies Agile (Sprint Planning, Daily, Reviews, Rétrospectives...).
- Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des principes et bonnes pratiques Agile.
- Identifier et lever les obstacles pouvant impacter la performance des équipes.
- Collaborer avec les Product Owners, Architectes, Ingénieurs et équipes métiers afin de prioriser les besoins.
- Assurer une communication fluide entre toutes les parties prenantes.
- Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration continue et contribuer à la montée en maturité Agile de l'organisation.
- Participer activement à la transformation digitale de l'IT Operations & Infrastructure.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Program Manager.
- Proven experience delivering IT projects in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, international, and matrix organizations.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English required.
Profil recherché :
- Bac +5 en informatique, ingénierie, management ou domaine équivalent.
- 5-7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet Agile, Scrum Master ou Agile Coach.
- Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets IT.
- Bonne maîtrise des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS...).
- Maîtrise des outils Jira et Confluence.
- Excellentes capacités d'animation, de communication et d'accompagnement des équipes.
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international et matriciel.
- Esprit collaboratif, autonomie et orientation résultats.
- Anglais courant indispensable.
- No direct people management.
- Strong interaction with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Business teams, and external partners.
