Looking after 2-3 APAC Executives, your responsibilities will be: Diary management: maintain Executive’s appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and video conferences. There can be multiple time zones in play!
Prepare meeting agendas and take actions during meetings
Arrange corporate travel including flights, transportation and lodgings and prepare itineraries and agendas.
Organise key team events, leadership offsites, and team building activities.
Submit expenses and other admin support as required
Occasionally work outside business hours to accommodate international time zones/meetings and attend events. What you will bring: Must have demonstrated Corporate EA experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders. Evidence of cross-regional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
Strong business acumen, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information. Advanced proficiency in Office 365
A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a passion for building relationships, anticipating needs, and driving efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to interact at all levels. Benefits: $125K - $130K + Super
