Marketing Designer

Johannesburg | Full-Time | Hybrid

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who is ready to take full ownership of a brand and bring it to life across every touchpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and takes initiative in shaping creative direction.

In this role, you won’t just execute, you’ll own, build, and evolve the visual identity across digital and print, playing a key role in how the brand is experienced globally. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and building high-impact web pages with a strong focus on user experience, responsiveness, and conversion

Creating engaging visual assets across digital channels including social media, paid campaigns, email, and sales collateral

Developing animations, motion graphics, and video content to enhance marketing campaigns

Owning and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, while continuously evolving the visual identity

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and ensure seamless execution

Continuously improving website performance through design updates, audits, and optimisation What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience in marketing or digital design, ideally within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment

Strong portfolio showcasing web, digital campaigns, and branding work

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design

Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Exposure to SEO fundamentals and conversion-focused design Who You Are A self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of projects

Proactive, with the confidence to take initiative and drive ideas forward

Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising creativity

A problem-solver who can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals

Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design consistency and quality
