TheEHSCoordinatorwillberesponsibleforimprovingtheenvironmental,health,andsafetyformissioncritical,hyperscaledatacentersinacampussetting.TheEHSCoordinatorwillimplementsustainabilityinitiatives,advancesafetyculture,ensuresustainabilityinitiativesarefollowedandreported,andwillprotectthehealthandwellbeingofemployees,customers,suppliersandvisitorsatthecampus.

Primary Dutieswithinvariedscopeofworkandexpectationswill range from:

• Regularinterior/exteriorfacility inspections(equipment, tools,PPE, maintenance, firesystems,safetydevices etc.).
• Conductsite safety audits andinspectionsandexamine work sitestoidentify hazards inthe workplace.
• Complete comprehensivereportsof findingsincludingcorrectionplansto ensure compliance.
• Analyze risk scenariostodeterminetheir potential impact.
• Design and implementsafety-relatedprogramstomitigate risk scenarios.
• Work withsiteleaders todeveloptraininginitiativesfor engineering, datacenter, and property levelprofessionals.
• Advocate safe changes inthe face of newinfrastructure, new tools,andnew processes.
• Investigate andanalyze incidentreportsinvolvingwork-relatedinjuries,illnesses, and recommend measures topreventrecurrence.
• Maintain extensive and frequent interactionwithcompany management, representatives of federal andstate agenciesandothersafety professionals.
• SupportsEHStechnicalsubmissionsforcustomer SOQsandRFQs.
• Reviews Contractor Method of Procedures and Safety Plansfor compliance withcustomer requirements, andOSHAorinternationalequivalentstandards.
• ProvidesEH&Strainingto staff andconstructionmanagers.
• Support the deliveryteamwithselectionsof 3rdparty EHSrepresentativesfor projectsas required.
• Firstpointof offsiteescalationinthe eventofasafety incident onaprojectsite; supportsand advisesthe 3rdparty EHSrepresentativeandthedeliveryteam during incidentinvestigations androot causeanalyses
• Performs periodic projectsite walksandinspectionswithconstructionmanagersand3rdMaintain environmental permits/programsto ensurecompliancewithall applicableagencies.
• Identify and evaluate operationalEHSrisksandassessthe impact to the business.•Conductassessmentsofexisting EHSprotocolsanddetermineefficienciesto be

gained through previously establishedprograms.

• Tracking wasterecycling,energy,water usage, andgreenhousegasemissions.
• Evaluate greenenergy alternativesandpartnerwithoutside resourceswhere

applicable toimplement meaningfulchangetoenergy use.

• Provide monthly, quarterly, andannual sustainability reportingto the site manager andcustomerasneeded.
• Assess EHStrainingneeds basedonidentifiedoperationalrisksandensure that workforcetrainingactivitiesare providedto meet businessandlegislative requirements.
• All other duties and initiativesasassigned.

RequiredQualifications,Skills,and ExperienceforSuccess forvariedClientSOW:

• Associatesdegreerequired
• Experience collaboratingandpartneringwithteams
• MusthavefamiliaritywithNetZeroWasteconceptsandprograminitiatives.•Experiencewithcommercialbuildingoperationandmaintenance.
• Strongregulatoryknowledgeinfederal,state,andlocalEPA,OSHA,DOTetc.regulations.
• Accidentinvestigationexperiencerequired
• Possessesworkingknowledgeofenergyconservation
• ProofofOSHA30HourGeneralorConstructionIndustryTraining•Proficient with Microsoft Applications
• Effectiveverbaland written communicationskills
• Experience workingin a teamenvironmentbut comfortable workingalone withlittle direction
• Demonstrated abilityto work efficiently,time management,andplanningahead•Demonstrated agilitytopivot betweencompeting prioritiesandsituations

Preferred Qualifications, Skills,and Experience:

• DegreeinOccupationalSafety,HealthandSafety,EngineeringorCertifiedSafetyProfessional(CSP)/SafetyManagementSpecialist(SMS)certificationintherelatedarea
• Bachelor’sDegree
• Formaltraininginenergyconservation
• Experience in projectleadershipandprojectmanagement •Knowledgeof datacenter functionality
• Demonstrated abilityto takeinitiative where necessary
