  • Manage review sample preparation, including firmware/SW version checks and product setting verification to ensure accurate and fair evaluation outcomes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with QA Lab, HQ R&D/PQ, and SEA PR teams; communicate technical findings clearly to Engineering, Management, and PR stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Display Technology, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience
  • Technical understanding of TV, Display, Monitor, Video, or Consumer Electronics products
  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze product specifications, test results, measurement data, and firmware/SW behavior
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to reproduce technical issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to produce clear and concise technical reports
  • Ability to explain complex technical content clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Coordination and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and issues simultaneously
  • Hands-on capability to set up, test, verify, and troubleshoot actual products in a lab environment
  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Experience in TV/Display product testing, quality assurance, validation, engineering, or technical support
  • Knowledge of Picture Quality topics including HDR, Color Accuracy, Color Gamut, White Balance, Tone Mapping, Motion handling, and Brightness/Contrast
  • Experience analyzing Consumer Electronics issues related to firmware and software
  • Familiarity with or direct work experience involving RTINGS or similar external product evaluation and testing organizations
