Position Summary

As a Regional Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the design, communication, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs and contributes to Samsung SEAO in delivering total rewards initiatives and solution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization total rewards strategies and contribute to our overall success in attracting and retaining top talent.

Role and Responsibilities

Total Rewards - Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage rewards activities including salary reviews, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis across Singapore and SEAO Region
  • Prepare salary package proposals and support compensation reviews across SEAO markets
  • Administer annual rewards processes, including Performance Evaluation and Promotion Review cycles
  • Administer benefits programs including insurance programs and other statutory requirements in accordance with Singapore employment regulations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits documentation, policies, and employee guides
  • Create and deliver employee communications regarding benefits, compensation, and total rewards value
  • Design and implementation of new reward and benefit initiatives
  • Liaise with Finance on benefits budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

Stakeholder Management & Partnership

  • Partner closely with Regional C&B, Total Rewards, HR, and TA teams across SEAO to align on priorities and provide C&B insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and timely support.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers on benefits plans and resolve benefit-related matters.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage C&B-related Workday modules and support HR systems and process improvements.
  • Analyse C&B data and identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and Total Rewards programs.
  • Support regional Total Rewards projects and other C&B initiatives as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, regional or multinational C&B experience would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding and knowledge on compensation and benefits practice, regulations and compliance requirements, and market trends
  • Hands-on experience in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and annual rewards processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and working knowledge Workday salary & total rewards data; knowledge on Mercer data would be an advantage
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
