Role Mission
As an Account Executive, you will be the operational engine behind a beauty multi-brand. Working closely with the Account Supervisor, you will ensure the seamless day-to-day execution of creator campaigns, advocacy activations, community engagement, and reporting. You will combine strong project management, attention to detail, and relationship management to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities
Creator Scouting & Shortlisting: Research and identify relevant creators, beauty advocates, and emerging voices that match campaign briefs and target demographics.
Briefing & Execution: Draft and distribute creative briefs, coordinate campaign deliverables, and manage day-to-day communications with creators to ensure deadlines and guidelines are met.
Seeding & Logistics Management: Lead end-to-end product gifting and PR box send-outs-including packaging coordination with suppliers, dispatching, and delivery follow-up.
Rights & Compliance Check: Verify music licensing, image rights, and proper ad disclosures (#ad / #paidpartnership) before and after content goes live. Ensure campaigns are fully compliant and that signed contracts and documentation are accurately maintained.
Tracking & Live Monitoring: Monitor published creator content in real time, capture campaign proofs, and update the influencer database/CRM accurately.
Reporting & Data Entry: Gather campaign metrics, input performance data into tracking platforms, and compile clean post-campaign reports.
Event & Project Support: Provide hands-on coordination for PR trips, masterclasses, and brand events (invitations, RSVPs, gifting, and logistics)
Skills & experience
Previous experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media, PR, communications, or a similar agency/brand environment.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, creators, and operational tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing contracts, usage rights, campaign data, tracking, and reporting.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to work with creators, clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Hands-on and proactive mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
