Role Mission
As Marketing Manager for the DACH region , you will establish SAMY as the leading social-first agency brand across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland while steering the regional brand transition from Intermate. Serving as the strategic bridge between global marketing and the DACH business, you will translate brand awareness and thought leadership into qualified leads and enduring client relationships.

Key responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Budget Allocation: Develop, execute, and monitor the annual DACH marketing plan and budget aligned with global marketing OKRs and local commercial goals.
Brand Positioning : Direct external and internal communication for Samy in the DACH region. Adapting corporate storytelling, decks, and case studies for German-speaking audiences.
PR & Thought Leadership: Execute always-on regional PR, media relations, speaking opportunities at tier-1 industry events, and the regional awards agenda.
Flagship Events & Strategic Partnerships: Deliver major industry activations (e.g., OMR), proprietary client events, and co-created initiatives with platform partners such as TikTok, Meta, and Sprinklr.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Nurturing: Drive targeted nurturing initiatives, qualify inbound leads in HubSpot, and provide credentials and market insights to support Growth teams during pitches.
Content, Social & Advocacy: Build and execute localized multichannel social plans (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and champion employee advocacy and creator programs across regional offices.
Analytics, Reporting & Supplier Management: Monitor performance metrics through HubSpot and Looker dashboards to steer strategic decisions, while managing external PR agencies and event vendors within budget
Skills & experience
DACH Market PR & Events Leadership: Proven track record delivering PR campaigns, high-profile industry events, and thought-leadership programs in the DACH region, supported by an established network of regional media, industry bodies, and brand marketers.
End-to-End Marketing Strategy & Budgeting: Demonstrated expertise owning regional B2B/B2C marketing plans from inception to execution, including direct budget oversight and alignment with executive business objectives.
CRM & Data-Driven Pipeline Management: Hands-on experience managing inbound qualification and lead lifecycles in CRM platforms (such as HubSpot), along with competence in analytics dashboards and monitoring platforms like Looker and Sprinklr.
Social, Influencer & Creator Marketing Acumen: Deep working knowledge of social-first platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital content distribution strategies tailored to regional markets.
Stakeholder Management & Multilingual Fluency: Native or near-native German with professional English fluency, alongside the ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships across local leadership, commercial teams, and global matrixed functions.
