Revie is Riyadh's design-and-build platform for homeowners who want a beautiful home without the chaos of renovating. We handle everything from the first design consultation to fit-out and furnishing, with our own designers, project managers and site engineers, a client portal that keeps every project transparent, and AI-assisted design workflows that let clients see their space before we build it. Design is where every Revie project starts, and this role owns that front door.
We are looking for a Design Sales Manager to own design sales: turning qualified inbound leads into signed design clients. You will close deals yourself, run the design sales pipeline day-to-day, and lift the win rate of the design sales consultants through coaching, structure, and example. You will also own our CRM. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the Design Director.
THE ROLE: What you'll own here.
Run first consultations with homeowners (at their property, in person or by video), understand what they want to achieve, and close them on the right Revie design package.
Keep response times tight on WATI and make sure no lead goes cold.
Own the monthly design signing target and the team's win rate, with a clear view of where every deal stands and why deals are lost.
Coach the design sales consultants on discovery, pricing conversations, and objection handling; review their calls and proposals; run the weekly pipeline review.
Hand signed clients over to the design team cleanly, with scope, budget and expectations documented.
Keep client communication disciplined: client-approved meeting minutes, and decisions in Slack rather than WhatsApp.
Feed what you hear from clients back into pricing, packages, and marketing.
Own Attio as the single source of truth for every lead, deal, and client at Revie, and keep it 100% clean and current. Every lead assigned, every proposal sent, every negotiation, every signed or lost deal is in Attio, at the right stage, on the day it happens, with the right value and the reason if lost.
Define and enforce the pipeline stages and required fields, and audit the team's records weekly, so the numbers leadership reads on Monday are the numbers the team actually delivered. If a deal isn't in Attio, it didn't happen. You will be measured on this as directly as on signings.
THE PROFILE: You're probably a fit if…
You have 7+ years in consultative sales where you closed the deal yourself, ideally in interior design, real estate, home improvement, luxury retail or another high-ticket consumer category in Saudi Arabia.
You have a track record of hitting targets and at least two years leading or coaching other salespeople.
You are fluent in Arabic with strong English, comfortable with affluent Saudi homeowners, and able to talk about design with credibility.
You are meticulous with CRM: you've lived in a pipeline tool (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and you're the person who fixes a wrong stage rather than working around it.
You are calm under pressure, coachable, and allergic to excuses.
You have a design or architecture background (required).
