BUTLER SUPERVISOR

Job Summary: The butler supervisor is responsible for supervising the butler department during shift to ensure consistency in service delivery while paying close attention to standards

established by SRI/Guild of Professional Butlers. He/She directs and develops team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring operation is running smoothly in all butler positions for team member and guest needs

    Assisting with daily tasks

  • Coordinating and directing butlers and attending to details of guest service

  • Tending to guest queries quickly, efficiently, and courteously

  • Conducting pre and post shift meetings with Butlers and communicating changes and updates with all team members

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Hotel/Business Management or equivalent

  • Guild of Professional English Butler certification

Work Environment:

  • Indoor/outdoor spaces in varying temperature

  • May be required to work outside normal hours, on weekends, and public holidays

  • Heavy guest interaction
